Suffering with sinus from past 20 years. At present my right side head and eyes are heavy and little pain in right side head. Right eye looks like heavy and watery. Had Surgery one time 5 years back but still suffering. Please let me know if you have any solution for this and how much time it will take to control and cure.

You seem to be suffering from acute exacerbation of chronic rhinosinusitis. During acute episodes you need to take antibiotics and anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops. Chronic rhinosinusitis is a chronic inflammation of sinuses and treatment is usually combination of surgery with post operative long term medications. Just surgery or medication may not help much in severe cases
