Impression:  Suggestion of bilateral maxillary sinusitis  Mucosal inflammatory change frontal, sphenoid sinuses and bilateral ethmoid air cells.  Mucosal approximation bilateral infundibulum.  Bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy; right lamellar concha.  Nasal septal deviation to left. Anything serious?

Hello.. Well it's not life threatening condition .But then you have deviated nasal septum and sinusitis..I would want to know what are the symptoms you are facing so that we an correlate it.. Sinusitis needs one course of antibiotics before we try the next step.. Thank you
