Hi.. could someone suggest me a safe decongestant to relieve the sinus pressure i am feeling in head since last 4,5 days. It all started when i washed my hair in cold water. Since then i am having so much pain when i bend over or turn my head to one side. Please help. I am having deviated septum and nasal polyps
