Sinus or internal nose swelling

Wife suffering from sinus and internal nose swelling.
Taken medication as per doctor advise but no improvement in nasal swelling.

If by swelling u mean the thing u are seeing, then don't worry it's a normal thing which has enlarged a little bit. It might decrease in size with medicines, but we can't be sure. If u are having lots f problems then we might have to go for surgery. These problems takes some time to get resolved.
