Sinus infection after Rhinoplasty
I had Rhinoplasty a month ago. My swelling had come down. But, three weeks later, the swelling has returned and is not reducing. I have inner nasal swelling as well. It could be Sinus infection. I am worried if the swelling will ever go down and how long will it take for that to happen. Please help if this is normal?

Swelling after Rhinoplsty surgery is quiet a common thing. Its degree depends on whether or not osteotomies were done to correct the bony framework was done. Almost about 60% to 70℅ of the swelling reduce by 3 to 4 weeks time. However the remaining remodeling takes about 3 to 5 months approx depending upon the surgery done.
You can do gentle massage with thumb and finger along with alternate hot and cold packs to recover from the swelling fast.
