Sinus formation in upper quadrant of right breast wiht lymph node once it was operated but after 2-3 months problem started agin and treatment of extra pulmonary Tuberculosis also running

Extra pulmonary  tb is diagnosed after fnac from the right breast and lymph node. Histopathology will   confirm the case. Bacteriology will prove typical or atypical mycobacterium. Course of treatment with Antitubercular drugs will depend on outcome of investigations. Duration of anti TB drugs should be minimum 12 months
