I have sinus infection which irritates me a lot and it gets continuous for 1 week and after few days head starts paining and i feel like sick.

Hello...... Acute sinusitis usually starts with coldlike symptoms such as a runny, stuffy nose and facial pain. It may start suddenly and last 2-4 weeks.
Next Steps
consult ent specialist, doctor will prescribe medicine, nasal decongestants.... take steam inhalation twice daily....  avoid cold environment.
