A single live intrauterine foetus is seen in breech presentation. Placenta is fundal posterior upper segment, grade -3 maturity. Amniotic fluid is just adequate for gestational age. AFI - 9cms. No gross fetal anomalies seen. Foetal movements and heart pulsations are normal, heart rate 131bpm. Fetal Biometry BPD 79MM 31 W 6D HC 288MM 31 W 5 D FL 61MM 31 W 5 D. AC 262MM 30 W 3 DAYS CGA 31 W 3 Days EFBW 1692 GRAMS ( +/- 247 GRAMS) EDD 12-11-2017
