Since 1yr white patch on tonsil and down swell no pain some time ocasional and ocational ear pain also there no other symptoms remaing ok for all just y the white patch not going medicine also taking pls suggest briefly

Hi I think it's a follicular tonsillitis,this is due to prominent anatomical tonsillar crypt. I.would suggest removal of tonsils if the symptoms are too distressing. Regards
