I am using sinarest nasal spray oxymetazoline , when use this I feel severe headache, should not use for long term

Ideally u should use this spray for maximum 5-7 days at a stretch not more than that. If your headache still persists even after stopping medication visit nearby ENT clinic to evaluate any other cause of headache.
