Hi I have been diagnosed with simple ovarian cyst in Right Ovary. I had taken Letrozole course 1 month prior. Is Letrozole reason for cyst? What should I do now

Drop this cycle. Take OC pills for a month Resume it in next cycle

It could be due to letroz. You can take oral contraceptive pill for 1 cycle. Do ultrasound again during next periods.
