I am 20 male Diagnosed with Simple Epidymis Cyst by Color Doppler test report attached I don't hv any STD history Earlier I used to hv pain in testis Doctor advised me to use V shsped Underwear for scrotal support Now I don't hv any pain after using it He said me not to hv any meds for it Pls tell me if I need medicines or it will go on its own Pls answer
