Silicon ring not falling after 16 days.

Had a stapler circumcision surgery 16 days ago, I can see all the pins came outside the incision line except two pins on the left side and two on the right side but I think it is healed. Why my silicon ring was not falling on its own. Should I do something to remove or to consult a doc? I attached a photo for reference.
