Silencer burn wound on leg ( near ankle)

I got a burn while disembarking the bike as my leg got in contact with hot silencer. It has been 5 days but it has gone worse. Skin stretches so pains, the wound has a bubble filled with liquid. The burn wound is roughly circular with diameter of 4 cm. It has turned very dark and sensitive. Which oitment should I apply and are there any precautions I should take
