Signs of forgetfulness, numbness
Father has shown signs of forgetfulness, fear, asking the same thing repeatedly, tension pain/numbness in right hand.
The CT scan gave the following results:
1. Diffuse Cerebral and cerebellar atrophic changes.
2. Chronic Lacunar Infarct (Lt) MCA territory.
Meds:

I request you to go for MRI BRAIN WITH CONTRAST, if the patient Kidneys are normally functional. Cause if you directly to Neurologist, the will demand the same investigations. So go for MRI BRAIN WITH CONTRAST and seek a good Neurologist in your area. This is the best option available to you. Take care and have a hasty recovery.
