Hello please help me for my sister eye or vision problem. As per the latest prescription from eye consultant attached. Please advise how to improve her sight as it been increasing day by day, As per her age I fear how could we manage further. Am less aware of this topi. I seek anyone to educate what could treat this and how much this could cost. Am basically from Hyderabad

It is no cause of worry as the power changes are significant till 18 years of age and then they stabilize to a large extent.
If the power remains constant for some time, she may chose a suitable refractive procedure to reduce spectacle dependence.

as per her age 22 it should be stable now after one year check again and if stable can opt for laser surgery which cost 30k to 1.25l depends on the treatment chosen according to het corneal thickness. if unstable ( which happens rare due to progressive myopia wait until it gets stable. now she can use either high index spectacles or contact lenses
