Bleeding not happened after 4 days of ECP, also too much pain in thighs and back.. Please help also about chances of pragnancy if had sex next day after periods ended..

Do a urine pregnancy test to confirm whether she is pregnant or not. If the result is positive then visit a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

It's not necessary that bleeding after ECP. Emergency contraception pills prevent pregnancy by interfere in natural implementation process. If it took within 72 hrs of unprotected sex.
And if u missed your regular period date than do urinary pregnancy test. And consult Gynecologist

Having contact just after periods is in safe period cannot be pregnant. N it's not necessary after ecp bleeding will happen .wait for period date.
