I use Allegra duo nasal twice a day . My throat feels dry and choking . Is it a side effect or something else? What should I do to prevent it ?

If you are better with your nose complaints, you can reduce  spray  to  once a day .Any instillation  of drops  or spray  in nose can go to throat .
