I have  hpothroidism since 8 yearsand ibs from 1year.for ibs doctor prescribed sarotena 10 mg tablet I use 7months after I suffering covid 19 so I stop taking tablet for 2months now I have heart palpitaion and chest pain.is the side effect of stopping sarotena 10 mg tablet.i done ecg in this report  tracardia is mentioned and in echo report are normal.can i again continue to take sarotena 10mg daily.can my heart palpitations stops pease answer. Thanks in advance
