Sir i had used mometasone nasal spray in wrong way now i have side effects of mometasone like rash, itching, swelling in face throat nose tongue and upper teeths also dizziness head ache

Mometasone is a topical corticosteroid with less than 0.1percentage bioavailability (i.e.,very very less amount goes inside blood),hence very less side effects...better to look out for other causes of your problem... you may require a dermatologist opinion for the same...take care
