Hello, WHO SAYS KEEP FOOD DOWN? JUST FOR SOME TIME SOME CHANGES ARE NECESSARY. LIKE, LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL N SPICE'S TILL YOU BECOME FIT. WALK, TO START WITH FOR FIFTEEN MIN  IN MORNING N FIFTEEN IN EVENING. SLOWLY INCREASE TO FORTY MINUTES. SOONER OR LATER ON SLOWLY EVERY THING BECOMES NORMAL. O.K,BYE.
