It isn't possible to come to a specific diagnosis with the history alone. Kindly have ORS supplementation all day. Kindly visit a MD general medicine so that you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as stool examination to find the underlying cause of the problem and have it corrected. These following steps may help:
- Avoid spicy, oily , fried and junk food
- Have a liquid diet of soups and juices and slowly increase to a solid diet based on how you can tolerate it. Don't skip meals.
- Drink 3 liters of water on a regular basis
- Limit coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to just once a day
- Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking if you have the habit.
