I have been throwing up almost 5 times in the last for days, I can't eat anything or drink anything without it coming back up, stomach pain, hot and cold

Hello there. I can understand your concern. I don't know if you will get any medicines without a prescription in your country. You could take a tab. Ondensetran twice a day half an hour before meals for 2 days. If you won't, then get it checked out by a physician near you and ask him to help you with a prescription. Best regards.
