Sick after doxycycline

Hello, I started taking doxycycline yesterday due to having chlamydia. This morning I took a dose without any food and laid down. Within 10 minutes I became really nauseous and threw up. The tablet wasn't in the vomit though so would this affect my course? Will the chlamydia still go?. Thank you
