Sick after covid vaccination dose 1. Not feeling  hungry. Looking very tired. Drinking lot of liquids as well.

It is a common problem after vaccination.  Take one packet of ORS in one liter water.  Take rest ..eat nutritious food.. in case of high fever, respiratory distress etc contact with nearby government hospital
