Should i undergo surgery or not ,if mandatory so pllz answer, without surgery can i walk like normal people,in how many days swelling subsides

Surgery is the best option for you. Young age with acl deficient unstable knee will cause early cartilage damage. Also the meniscal ramp lesion needs surgical management Without surgery you will have pain because do the meniscal tear

First- For such young age surgery is definitely required Second- Without surgery there will be instability which might damage your joint in the long run. Third- swelling subsides generally in 10-15 days
