Hi... This is a typical response of a disgruntled person suffering from various issues, including mental health crisis. The perception is a mere reflection of a mental state and can be very easily countered with relevant data/statistics. But this cannot be a purpose of a mental health professional.
We are here to help people using our skills and knowledge that we have gained after putting in years of hard work. No one gave us this as a free gift. We earned it and paid for it in terms of time, energy, & money.
So expecting a professional to perform without adequate compensation and working condition is not only legally wrong but also morally wrong.
Also, mental health treatments in India are quite affordable right now. Once this sector gets regulated the cost of treatment will go sky rocketing like it happened in other capitalist economies.
So, I suggest you to take some time out to find some good professionals for you. You will find a good Psychiatrist consultation in ₹ 1000-2000 per session and a good Psychologist consultation in 1200-3000 per session.
These are private consultation costs, some govt. and non govt. organizations are providing mental health services for free or at nominal costs as well, but you can't expect a private kind of facilities over there. They are also good with their core job, i.e., clinical treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
"Falling into a mental health crisis is not our mistake, but overcoming it is 100% our own responsibility".
