Once I was trying to run into a running train , as I grab the pole I stretched my hand , I put back it in place. After few days there was sudden twist in my shoulder, and again yesterday as I had a sneez it get twisted again, with a lot of pain, It's my left shoulder. There is feel of blood flow also sometimes.
