I was swinging a baseball bat and my left shoulder popped 2 times, i swung 2 more times and the pain got so bad that i could barley lift my arm. Now 4 days later the pain still exists and i feel its getting worse, what should i do to heal the most effectively.

rest. apply cold. dont strain your shoulder. dont lift heavy. dont sleep on that shoulder. if the pain persists after 3 weeks please visit an orthopedician, you might need an MRI
