Post lunch on Saturday, immediately had a mild shoulder pain post which had the tendency of vomiting. Once vomiting started has traces of blood in it. Post vomit the pain in the shoulder has gone. feeling very tired post this incident and mild pain in both the shoulders and neck. While yawning having problem in the middle chest

Blood in vomiting needs to be evaluated. Though traces of blood seems to be due to minor trauma to mucosa in stomach but still you need Endoscopy to confirm diagnosis. Please consult Gastroenterologist urgently
