Shoulder pain-since 4mths

4 mths back I sliped from the stairs and since then having continuous pain in left shoulder. X-ray report was ok, but MRI report showed-subscapularis tendon shows PDFS and STIR hyperintensity with maintained continuity of fibres- s/o tendinosis/tendinitis. Did physiotherapy for 1 month and currently taking pain killer.
