I am getting pain in left side from neck to shoulder, whenever I do some workout pain reduces for some time ,then again it starts the same.please help me out to how to reduce the pain and whom should I consult.

hai dere pain radiating to shoulder from neck may be due to cervical spodylitis spondylosis....brachial plexus compression....pain reduces while doing exercise due to increase blood flow washing away the metabolites which cause pain kindly consult orthopedician..
