There is cramp type of pain in my left side upper back after it I recently felt cramp in my left back in the early morning after it I take physiotherapy after it there is internal pain in my left shoulder front side and also back side in normal conditions there is no pain when I m taking large breathing then I m feeling the pain and I also feel the pain when I m going the position sleeping to sitting and I m a cricketer what is the problem behind it can it be a major problem before 3month I have done blood routine check where all is normal then what is the problem
