Shoulder friction and arm pain sometimes

3 years ago, during football, a friend hit his shoulder into my right shoulder. Suddenly, it went numb and for 10 days, it used to pain when I rotated it up, behind my back. Till today, there is no pain but there is a lot of friction in ball and socket joint. It clicks loud when I rotate my arm inwards (straight to sides). I think the shoulder is displaced. Other thing, that is really bothering me recently is sudden pain in my left arm, maybe a nerve thing. A couple of months back, I was sleeping on my left arm and when I woke up, my tricep or even whole left arm was in spasm state(maybe muscle spasm). After some time, it went away but when I reach for my back during bathing or something, there is sudden pain in my tricep. I have tried stretching and all, but it doesn't help. Sometimes, when I lift my arm at night, suddenly I feel kind of a nerve pain for a few seconds. Bone movement may have done that. I suppose a chiropractor can cure both of these. Any advice will be appreciated.
