Hello Doctor, i am having both the arm are paining upper shoulder paining and neck pain and feeling that i am having chest pain, eventhough i took all cardiac test at 3 months back such as blood, lipid profile, xray, ecg's, echo, stress tmt , all are normal, still should i be scared, i can walk upto 3kms, no problem at all, but i am having sweating problem but not much, i am working on night shifts aswell and travelling on bike for more 52 kms per day,
