Hello there, I am 16 years old, I have been diagnosed with PTSD, GAD, and other depressive illnesses, which were resulted from emotional, psychological, and physical abuse by my environment. And I was sexually abuse by my bff for a whole year in seventh grade right before family deaths. A micro dose of marijuana once a month or two have helped me integrate trauma/mental health in the long run.
