My ferritin level was 95.5 4 months back I am having orofer xt from the past 4 months I've not tested it again should I continue the medicine or leave it

Ferritin is not helpful in determining that. Other tests like hemoglobin, TIBC, sr iron and reti count tell the physician regarding improvement.
