I was working with a pvt bank. I left the job because of its bad work environment. Everyday they pressurised me for target. My boss insulted me and did mental harrashment. Everyday seniors made a joke of me. I was afraid to go to office. Day by day i became frustrated and loosing shortterm memory. I forget what I have said 10 minutes back or 2days back. Always I am in absent mind. I left the job 6months back. Still I cannot remember. Is it a serious problem?

Hello.......With excess fear and anxiety any one will forget, this problem is not specifically for you... Only when mind is at peace it can collect information.. Your seniors are adjusted to that sorrounding so they don't have that problem. When your new to job you will experience this problem. We cannot blame sorrounding always, have to build ourselves to be fit in that.
