Shortness of breath at night

I am having shortness of breath, dizziness and pain at chest(which feels like gas and comes and goes) at night from 2 days.i am not having any fever or cough. I am having low heart rate(50-55 beats/min) and had ecg 15 days ago which shows normal(i do  low impact cardio exercise regularly).dont know why am i having these symptoms.please suggest some diagnosis for these symptoms.
