My mother is suffering with hypothyroidism since 15 years. She is using Thyrox 50 MG medicine daily. At present she is suffering with shortness of breath and sleeplessness. She is also suffering with fatigue. She is enable to take breathing as a normal person. What is the reason for this problem? Pls tell me... What the condition she is facing...?

She needs to be evaluated or this shortness of breath. Its not related to hypothyroidism. Get her ECG WCGO and CHEST X RAY done and report

Hypothyroidism patients n thyroxine supplements usually don't have difficulty in breathing. If she feels breathe less, that needs to be evaluated .
