Whenever i'm excited, scared or lifting heavy weights(gym), i tend to shiver a lot... Sometimes it happens involuntarily for no reason(nothing that i know)... This affects my stability, while handling heavy stuff, or very delicate suff...

It may due to lack of sufficient power to lift heavy objects...thyroid disorders, anxiety disorders, and other certain brain conditions...fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...Consult nearest physician for clinical examination they will do the needful.
