I had chickenpox some 16 - 18 months back. Now I am on immunosuppression medications for over 10 months . I heard that shingles can occur if the immune levels are low . So what are the first symptoms of shingles so that I can consult physician immediately after onset of symptoms. Thank you.

Painful rash may be the presenting symptom..sometimes fever ,chills, nausea present along with rash... You are on immunosuppression Medicine..may I know the reason??
