Having constant pain in tooth since last two days seemingly gets worse during night. Pain started with a tooth with cavity but now it appears the pain has shifted to other adjacent teeth .sometimes pain spikes on its own and stays that way for some time.It's more of the kind of throbbing pain

Hi..you might need a root canal to solve the problem. Visit dentist ASAP. Meantime take Tolpa-D thrice daily after food. Regards

Hello ... your cavity which was there initially may have deepened reaching the nerve in that tooth... once that happens pain tends to radiate in the adjacent teeth ..it may not be that other teeth are a problem now .. you need urgent dental attention .. the tooth needs to be treated either with a root canal treatment or extraction depending on the extent of the cavity ... Advice you to visit a dentist asap Take care

It seems that the cavity in the tooth has deepened and has striked the nerve causing this kind of pain. Such pain generally arent localised and can be confused or felt to be shifted to other tooth. Plz cosnult your dentist immediatley. U mighg need a root canal treatmrnt urgently.

Get an IOPA Xray done,probably you need an endodontist management for the tooth.
