SHELCAL XT WITH TETRAFOL PLUS CAN BE TAK

My government doctor prescribed SHELACAL XT , Contain L Methylfolate 1MG  Pyridoxal- 20 MG , Mecabalmin - 1500 MCG , As per my previous doctor's advice  in the second month of pregnancy, I was taken TETRAFOL PLUS which is almost same composition like L Methylfolate 2.8 MG  Pyridoxal- 25 MG , Mecabalmin -  2 MG  Kindly suggest both are taken or should stop TETRAFOL PLUS ? or I can add TAB  FOLIC ACID 10MG With SHELACAL XT ? Currently 5months pregnancy continue
