Am on my 22nd weeks pregnancy. Due to lockdown , my regular consulting doctor was out of practice. Now am consulting new doctor. Prev doc prescribed SHELCAL HD. But now present doctor has given Shelcal 500. Which one I should take.

Content of both are same dear Calcium and vitamin D3 But shelcal hd has the amount needed in pregnancy. So u can take shelcal hd
