The candidate is diagnosed with a 25 % block in 2017 during annual checkups and is diabetic , hypertension and Cholesterol for the past 10 years . But active and no other complications. Was on Telma H , Telma 40 , glyciphage, tonact, Ecosprin, Nebistar. Last two years instead of Telma , Cilacor 5 mg is taken twice a day but the BP is hovering around 130-135/80-95 generally. Everyday one hour walking is undertaken. Can we go back to Telma instead of Cilacor since that time the BP readings were under normal . Presently Glucose is 6.3 (HbA1C), cholesterol within normal conditions including electrolytes and lipids .
