You may have developed  a skin infection  like folliculitis due to  sweating in hairy areas since armpits are more prone for it. You need to take proper care to prevent  similar  thing in future. Now you need to  apply  antibiotic cream on affected area and also some oral medicines.

That's because the deodrants u apply or the roll-ons u use , they make the hair follicles clogged and stop the perspiration process for which sweating gets reduced which in turn sometimes result into these bumps called folliculitis . They may be very mild , or at times very severe with abscess formation .
Next Steps
plz consult me online and show me the affected area to see the grade of the infection and to further advice for the same

Its those bumps which is causing this pain.. Clean shave the area.. Stop the rollon you are using... Use some good quality deodorant spray ..( which should not leave any residues on the skin after spraying)
