Sharp pinch in chest area

I had a office trip in these weekends. Had slept a bit improperly I guess. Having a sharp pinching pain at right side of my chest near collar bone. Paining while deep breathing, lifting heavy stuff. What might be the cause of this? And anything helpful please share your advice.
