I am suffering near 2 month's throat pain and sharp pain in right side when i swallow food.i am also take anti reflux medicine.some time i feel fever also.

I suggest you meet an ENT Surgeon in your city to examine you. Discuss with him to rule out the possibility of Glossopharyngeal Neuralgia due to compression of nerve against the elongated Styloid Process in your Right Parapharyngeal space (Eagle's Syndrome). Deep palpation of your Right Tonsil should give rise to same pain as experienced by you while swallowing.
