Sharp Pain While I Breath Deeply InChest

Sharp Pain Between Centre to Right Side Of Chest When I Breath Deeply or when I Squeeze my Chest From 4-5 days. I have done the Ecg which is Normal. I have done the 2d Echo which is Normal. I have done TMT which also Normal. I have done Lipid Profile Test which is also Normal. I have attached the reports. Whats The Problem?? Should i have to do Further Tests??

Its pleuritis(pneumonia).. nothing related to heart. Take antibiotic for 5 days. It will vanish
